  23. Whilst having no figures to back it up, I've mailed cash from the UK to the
  24. USA, Germany and New Zealand all without incidence so I think it's fairly
  25. safe. Unless someone is systematically stealing the mail of a person then 
  26. the chances of a registration getting stolen must be small (just think how 
  27. many pieces of mail go through the system...and a lot of it is automated 
  28. sorting as well, so less people actually handle each envelope).
